About Margaret

Margaret Otim is a Botswana Qualification Authority (BQA) accredited Trainer in the areas of Business, Management, and aspects of Occupational Health and Safety. She has a Master's Degree in Public Administration and has in the past lectured Business Related and Social Science courses at Degree, Diploma, and Certificate levels in Various colleges in Botswana.

She has also had the privilege to facilitate Workshops for International, Multinational, the Public sector, and Private sector Employees. She is a Young African Leadership Initiative (Regional Leadership Center) Fellow and served as the Chair Lady for Ladies Circle 1 Botswana (2021-2022), an all Ladies-led charity club.
